Global Overview is partnering with the Brand Hub in the College of Media at the University of Illinois to offer a first-of-its-kind Leading with Integrity micro-internship program that will focus on building valuable professional and soft skills that students will use throughout their careers.

This month-long, virtual micro-internship will sponsor twenty students from across campus and will provide training on such topics as; how to give and receive feedback, strategic problem-solving, and how to improve your professional communication and presentation skills. Students will view pre-recorded lectures, participate in role playing scenarios and engage in hands-on learning; all of which will culminate in the creation of a competitive analysis.

This internship calls for passionate students who value integrity and collaboration. It presents an opportunity for eager students to gain skills they can use during interviews for professional positions and also utilize as they develop their own personal brand. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a “Leading with Integrity” certificate and badge, four hundred dollars in financial support, a high quality project they can showcase in their portfolio, and a guaranteed interview for a summer internship or job at Global Overview.

We are very excited to continue this partnership and meet more students in the future.”
